Day 3 is in the books. What a day. Started off with the 4 meat King Of The Grill BBQ Class at we cooked up brisket, ribs, chicken and blade steaks. And it ended with a 1st place finish with the ancillary challenge! It was another amazing day. Tomorrow is the final day and we are so pumped to carry our momentum from today into tomorrow for the KCBS 4 Meat Masters Competition.

My heart is so full.

Yesterday was a day nearly 18 years in the making. I finally made it back home, and it was everything I hoped it would be and more. Every person in this video has touched my heart in a way that words can hardly describe.

It was an emotional day. One filled with love, memories, laughter, and a sense of belonging. It was exactly what my soul needed. For the first time in a long time, I feel complete again.

I love every single one of you. There were so many more people I wanted to see, but with only 14 hours, I did the best I could. Thank you to everyone who has been there for me through the years, supporting me and believing in me, even during the times when you had every reason to give up on me.

A huge thank you to and for making this possible. I am forever grateful.

Well, we made it to Nova Scotia. So excited to help with 2 sold out bbq classes at Thursday and Saturday and end the trip at the KCBS BBQ Competition on Sunday. It's going to be an amazing trip!

Wow, Bragg Creek... what a day! Despite the weather, you all came out and showed incredible support for Heavy Hands Hank BBQ during our demo day.

We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to spend the day with, talking BBQ, sharing samples, and meeting so many passionate food lovers. The BBQ community never ceases to amaze me.
