Every week I get asked if I have the "butterscotch cookie with the toffee bits on top"

One morning back in March, we were going to debut a butterscotch chip cookie. First, we made a pit stop to the grocery store to pick up our weekly bananas :)

Momma and I always check out the baking section, where inspiration hit! What if we sprinkled toffee bits on top of the butterscotch chip cookies?

The name is fun to say, although I don't remember if it's officially "Butterscotch Toffee Top", or "Toffee Top Butterscotch".

Anyway, we also have another highly requested cookie, the real Oatmeal Raisin!

Also, we've got Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, which always makes it smell like a big giant "certain brand named" chocolate peanut butter cup in here :)

We've really ran out of Maple Walnut... and walnuts!
So we have to make Big Cookie's first ever Special Substitution with a brand new flavour, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk!

Chunks of dark chocolate combined with peanut butter makes this a less sweeter option, but is it ever smooth and creamy!
What I'm trying to say is... it's very tasty!

Oattie Spice is an oatmeal cookie that appears to be plain, but really is not plain at all!
It contains a blend of tasty chai spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, allspice, and ginger, sprinkled with brown sugar and a little more cinnamon.

Of course some love for the comebacks, Maple Walnut, and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip!
