Guess what?! This month’s taste test is Queso dip! I made some last night to have with our tacos and it was really good! It tastes similar to Taco Bell’s cheese sauce but without the tummy upset later. I have an order going in if you want to get some.

Here is a quick demo of our 3 in 1 burger press. This is a time saver for me. I make up a big batch of burger patties and then freeze a batch.

People have used this to make ice cream sandwiches, crab cakes or potato patties.

Does anyone else have a member of their household who would eat a burger for every meal? I do. My husband loves a good burger! We enjoyed using the new Tuscan Chicken Burger Seasoning on the weekend and it will be added to our regular summer menu.

The Burger Seasoning and Big Burger Sauce are staples for us during warm months. I keep a container of the Big Burger Sauce ready to go in our fridge since it is now a staple condiment.

Does anyone else feel the need for a sweet treat? I just made our new dessert Chocolatey Temptation Cupcake with whipped Chocolate Fudge icing. As always these are gluten free and can be prepared as a vegan treat by using whipped coconut milk instead of whipping cream. 🤤

If you were counting, there should be twelve cupcakes but my husband got to the tray before I could take a final photo.

On the menu for dinner tonight. Tuscan chicken burger topped with marinara and mozzarella served with potato salad and seared asparagus. I got a thumbs up from my husband.

I know some people were disappointed when Smokey Bacon topper and the Maple Bacon Salt and Pepper did not return to our latest catalogue.

With a little experimentation here are my suggestions to replicate the discontinued products.

For each of these mix using equal parts.

Can anyone guess what these are supposed to be? This was an epic recipe fail but I’m going to blame my equipment. I didn’t have a metal muffin pan so these these beauties couldn’t rise properly in the oven. Don’t try to use a mini loaf pan to make Yorkshire puddings! But at least they were eaten. My husband enjoyed them with our roast dinner. Anyone else taking more time to cook?

This needed to be documented. I DID NOT BURN THE COOKIES! This is a rare occasion. I usually play cookie roulette and keep adding two minutes at a time to the timer and then they burn. Tell me about what your are cooking.

Dinner looks like a bit of a mess. I was overzealous with the veggies in my marinara sauce (bell peppers, mushrooms and asparagus). But I assure you the homemade meatballs and homemade pasta are delicious!
