Wow! Thank you everyone who sent over a letter of support. We are blown away by the level of support and attention the public sent over! We recieved well over 100 letters and this means so much to us!

A little update regarding letters of support!
Although the deadline to have letters included in the County presentation has now passed, we can still continue collecting them, and every letter still has value as our application moves forward. These will not be pre registered in the presentation but can still be handed in on Tuesday for councils review.
If you had hoped to submit a letter but did not get the chance, please feel free to send one to us. Letters can be completely personal, but helpful points may include:
• Belmont’s ideal and easily accessible location, with convenient connections to surrounding communities and Highway 401
• The need for a permanent, year-round venue in our area
• The value of offering weddings and community events in a beautiful rural setting
• The benefits for local businesses, accommodations, suppliers, farmers and tourism
• Support for responsible local investment and the continued growth of a family business that has served this community for more than 40 years
We also welcome perspectives from local residents and members of the agricultural community who believe responsible rural growth can coexist within rural communities- we know we are not the first venue to coexist around agriculture in our area!
Given the feedback being received, we believe it is important that the voices of those who support this project continue to be heard.
Thank you again for the incredible support our community has shown us. It truly means more than we can say.
In order to print these for Tuesdays meeting, if we could have any remaining letters by MONDAY, that would be wonderful!
