As one of Alberta's fastest growing outdoor venues we're excited to partner with Chef Chris and his T'under-N-Smoke BBQ as our food service offering for Spring/Summer 2026.

With one of the best outdoor patio's in The Foothills of Alberta, the classic Black Diamond Bandstand (a 100 year old hay wagon with a horse shelter on top, along with burlap coffee bags for sound), support from our fantastic local beer suppliers Cowboy Trail Brewery Oldman River Brewing Ltd. , and of course The Stop Coffee House and Gathering Place - Live At The Stop, last but not least a 20 year history of presenting some of Canada's premiere live music - we pretty much have you covered for whatever you're looking for.

Huge thank you to everyone in Diamond Valley and area. The show got canceled and still many of you came out for BBQ despite the weather! You guys rock! Thank you all we cant wait to feed you all this summer (so much fun and entertainment to come!).
Also a huge thank you to all our new local friends that helped us find our dog CoCo when she decided to go exploring in a new town lol we appreciate you ALL!

Welcome Chris and Kati Rowlands and their family to The Feed Lot.

Chris and his team will be operating out of our food trailer this summer. Chris brings his smoked BBQ expertise that he calls T'Under-N-T'under-N-Smoke to our community.

Here is a bio on Chris and Kati:

"At T'Under N Smoke BBQ, we don't just cook meat; we honour the tradition of "low and slow".

Founded by Chris and Kati Rowland, their journey is rooted in a lifelong passion for authentic flavours and the belief that the best meals are made from scratch.

With over 30 years in the food industry and 23 years as a professional chef, Chris Rowlands brings a level of culinary precision to the pit that you won't find anywhere else. Every rub is hand-mixed, every sauce is simmered in-house, and every preserve is crafted from scratch. We don't believe in shortcuts - only smoke, fire, and time.

The name T'Under N Smoke is a nod to their Newfoundland roots and the famous saying "Lord T'under'n Jesus....exactly what you'll want to shout after biting into their signature brisket or ribs."
