🍃 Adopt-a-Hop for Hospice! 🍃

A few years ago, our co-owner Sandy had a simple idea.

What if we could turn our hop yard into a fun community fundraiser while supporting a cause that means so much to so many families in Chatham-Kent?

This year, the timing felt right.

We're excited to launch Hops for Hospice: Adopt-a-Hop, a friendly competition where you can sponsor a hop plant, give it a creative name, and cheer it on as it races to the top of the hop yard throughout the growing season.

Here's how it works:
🌱 Make a minimum $25 donation at the Red Barn Bar
🌱 Choose your hop string (first come, first served!)
🌱 Name your hop plant and we'll create a custom tag for it
🌱 Visit throughout the season to track its progress and see how it stacks up against the competition

At the end of the season, the hop that reaches the top first will earn its sponsor a Red Barn gift pack and, of course, some well-deserved bragging rights!

Most importantly, every dollar raised supports the incredible work of the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation, an organization that provides compassionate care, comfort, and support to individuals and families during some of life's most difficult moments.

When you're at the Barn, ask any member of our Barn Crew and they'll be happy to help you adopt your hop.

Let's fill the hop yard, have some fun, and raise funds for an organization that makes a tremendous difference in our community. ❤️

Kim Robinson is a self-taught artist whose passion for acrylic painting is inspired by the beautiful gardens surrounding her farm. Her work is filled with vibrant colour, rich textures, and layered details that bring each piece to life.

A signature element of Kim's artwork is a touch of glitter, adding just the right amount of sparkle and joy to every painting. It all started with a group of friends, the "Lagoon Saloon" and a dream of brewing great beer.

The Lagoon low-cal IPA reminds us of how far we have come and the exciting future of Red Barn Brewing.

Made for slow days, summer nights and anywhere in between. Coming in at only 3.9%, you won't need a twist of the arm to stay longer at the bonfire for another one!
