With warmer weather just around the corner, we have been busy making sure we have got the berry best team to greet you on the farm this summer. We know many students are looking for a summer job, and we’re excited to invite new team members to join Pardo’s Berrie Farm for the 2026 season! Whether you’re in high school, college, or university, this is a great chance to enjoy the outdoors, and be part of a friendly team. We’re still accepting applications and we’d love to hear from you!

Berry Farm Team Member

Seasonal (May- September)

About us:
Join our vibrant team at Pardo’s Berrie Farm, a family owned and operated berry farm in Blenheim Ontario. We are seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team for the upcoming 2026 season. As a berry farm team member, you’ll be an integral part of our operations, working with our customers, and enjoying the beautiful surroundings of our farm.

Job responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with purchases and answering questions at the register
- Sorting and packaging fresh berries into containers for customers
- Keeping the pick-your-own fields and farm areas tidy and well-organized
- Gaining insight into farm operations and helping out wherever needed

What we are looking for:
- Availability to work 20-40 hours weekly during the season
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand comfortably for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the farm
-Available weekends and holidays (Father’s Day, Canada Day, Civic holiday, Labour Day)

What we offer:
- Pay rate of $17.60/hour for those 18 and older
- Students aged 17 and under earn $16.60/hour
- A dependable summer job opportunity that can become a seasonal tradition
- Opportunities for growth and leadership development
- A fun, supportive, and team-oriented work environment

We are now closed for the season. Thank you for your support! A big thanks to our team members! Everyone has an important role to play to make the farm run smooth and we are very appreciative of the community that surrounds us! We will see you in spring of 2026 🍓

We still have already picked fall raspberries and late blueberries available. Please call before coming to check for availability. We are open Monday to Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm and Sunday 9:00am- 4:00pm, crop and weather permitting.

They’re already picked and waiting for you to enjoy. After three days of drizzly, moody weather, I can’t help but feel that cozy autumn magic is just around the corner. It’s the kind of weather that makes me want to spend time in the warmth of my kitchen, apron on, and whip up a batch of fragrant cinnamon raspberry muffins—perfect for chilly mornings and crisp afternoons. Is it too early to celebrate the season of cozy blankets, warm drinks, and berry-filled delights? 🍓🫐🍁

In light of recent news that our relatives down the road Pardo Villa Acres Farm Market and Bakery are closing, we want to wish them all the best and a happy retirement. For those of you who have reached out to us, we want to clear up any confusion. We here at Pardo’s Berrie Farm are not closing. Our business is not affiliated with theirs and we will continue to provide already picked and pick your own berries from our farm at 7951 Talbot Trail. Thank you for your continued support!

Now that’s a berry beautiful picture!
Our fall strawberries and raspberries have begun but we do not pick them every day just yet. They are available already picked only. We have plenty of blueberries available and are still picking blackberries as well. Please call ahead to check availability.

Good morning, we are open today (Monday, August 04) with pick your own blueberries and green and yellow beans from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Pick your own peaches is closed today due to how many people came out over the weekend. There are not any ripe peaches left to pick. The field needs time to ripen.
