You love cooking and have a strong interest in providing healthy food and snacks for your family. What many of us realise is the condiments that we are adding to our home cooked meals are terrible for us. If you have high blood pressure, poor skin, or can't seem to lose those extra pounds, you may want to look what you are putting on your meals. The Saucy Muskokan's purpose is to provide with you

a high quality product. Vegetables will try to be as local as possible, ingredients will slightly change do to this, every product will be UNDER SALTED, why? because you are already adding salt to your food when your cooking it. We will always have our favourite staples sauces, but monthly there will be new ones for you to try.

This post is a difficult one, but a long time coming. The business has not been running for many months as our family is growing in a different direction and a new chapters awaits us. Food and Hospitality will always be my passion and I have LOVED serving 1000s of you over the last 4 years. That being said I will be liquidating my remaining jars and equipment. Please Dm me with any special requests or stay tuned for a garage sale of a lifetime coming this summer!
