Thank you for all of your continued love and support. This is truly a passion of mine, and although it's not easy, I know that with more time and practice, I can only get better. I hope you'll continue to remain patient and watch me flourish. Now, heres the recipe for this amazingly comforting and delicious soup. 😋

Ingredients:
1 large butternut squash
1 medium Sweet potatoe
1 can coconut milk
Soup broth (you can use veggie or chicken)
Onions, garlic, ginger, tuermirc, rosemary, tyme, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, Italian herbs and seasoning, black and white pepper

Foods to eat to beat the bloating and discomfort.

Do you struggle with bloating? Don't worry, you are not alone. Most of us struggle with bloating from time to time. Nothing is more unpleasant than the feeling of being bloated. It's horrible not to mention when questions like you pregnant pop up.

The single largest contributing factor when it comes to bloating is your diet. The foods you’re eating are likely causing you to feel full and bloated. There are many foods, even healthy ones that can create this feeling.

The good news is that eliminating these foods from your diet will eliminate bloating almost immediately. You don't have to completely remove them, but limiting them from your diet can make a huge improvement and difference overall.

Overeating is also another reason for bloating. It leads to stomach expansion to accommodate the increased volume of food. A bloated belly can be prevented by chewing food adequately, staying hydrated, and exercising regularly. The next time you're feeling bloated, try sipping on ginger or peppermint tea for quick relief.

Another great tip that helps is keeping a food diary. When you keep track of the foods you're eating and how they make you feel, you gain a better understanding of how your body.

One of the most effective and healthy ways of fueling your body and gaining energy is by eating nutritious, balanced foods. When it comes to eating, timing is everything. In order for foods to give you that much-needed boost, it's important to eat the right ones at the right time.

There's nothing worse than skipping meals. Your body needs fuel just like a car. If you don't provide it, your body will break down muscle tissue to generate it. (Never allow your tank to go empty) It's so crucial to maintain a normal blood sugar, and the best way to accomplish this is to eat every few hours. A great tip for yourself would be carrying healthy snacks with you. This way, you don't go for long periods without fuel.

Since fiber takes longer to digest, it can provide the body with long-lasting energy rather than giving you an energy shock and quickly causing you to fall back and crash. Look for fibrous foods like: oatmeal, apples, brown rice, beans, and lentils.

Green vegetables are great energy producing foods. The darker the green, the better. Foods like collard greens, spinach, brussels sprouts, kale, and broccoli are loaded with energy. They’re packed with B vitamins, magnesium, and iron, which help boost your natural energy levels.

When craving sweets, go for berries so you don’t experience a sugar crash like when you eat processed stuff like chocolate. Berries not only satisfy a sweet tooth, but they’re also packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.(high fiber, too)

I know It’s easy to grab a cup of coffee or down a sugary snack in search of a jolt of energy. However, these quick fixes will not provide you with the sustainable energy you need to tackle the day!
