The Cardinal President’s Awards Night is a special occasion dedicated to celebrating the incredible long term staff who make what it is today - passionate, hard-working, and proudly committed to excellence.

This event is all about recognizing those who have been here for 5 years of service or more, and we are proud that half of our full time staff fall into this category . In fact the average tenure is 10 years…. And 8 over 30 years!
 
From our production floors to our front offices, every team member plays a vital role in driving our success. Guests enjoy great food, laughter, and stories that reflect the strong values and teamwork that define our company culture.

We are proud to honour our outstanding award recipients, as their dedication, continues to inspire all of us to raise the bar higher every day.
