🇮🇳 Straight from Punjab ❤️ My Mom’s Homemade Desi Ghee | Traditional Punjabi Clarified Butter

Today’s video is extra special because it comes straight from Punjab, India ❤️ My mother, who lives in Punjab, made this traditional homemade Desi Ghee at home and recorded the entire process for me to share with you.

This is the real, old-fashioned Punjabi way of making homemade clarified butter (Desi Ghee). Fresh milk is boiled, the thick malai (cream) that forms on top is collected, then churned to separate the butter. That fresh butter is slowly cooked until it turns into beautiful, aromatic, golden desi ghee. 🧈✨

There is something truly special about food made at home by our mothers. This recipe carries the authentic taste, tradition, and memories of Punjab — from my mother’s kitchen in India, straight to Cook With Bains. ❤️🇮🇳

And nothing beats freshly made desi ghee melting over a hot roti! 🫓💛

ਇਸ recipe ਦੀ ਖਾਸ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ proper desi bhunai — ਪਹਿਲਾਂ chicken ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੀ juices ਵਿੱਚ cook ਕੀਤਾ, ਫਿਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਸੰਦ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ gravy ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ। ਅਖੀਰ ’ਚ Kasuri Methi ਤੇ fresh coriander ਦਾ touch ਇਸਦਾ flavour ਤੇ aroma next level ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ! 🤤

Made with just a few simple ingredients, but the result looks and tastes like something straight from a coffee shop. Perfect for hot days, coffee cravings, or whenever you want to treat yourself at home. 😍

Ingredients – 1 Large Glass:
• Instant Coffee – 2 tbsp
• Sugar or Brown Sugar – 2 tbsp
• Hot Water – 2 tbsp
• Heavy Whipping Cream – ¼ cup
• Caramel Sauce – 1–2 tbsp
• Cold Milk – ¾ to 1 cup
• Ice Cubes – as needed
• Extra Caramel Sauce – for drizzling

Whip the coffee, sugar and hot water until light and fluffy. Add ice and cold milk to your glass, layer with creamy caramel goodness, top with whipped coffee, drizzle with caramel and enjoy! ☕🤤
