🙏🏻 Aayo Lal Sabhai Chao Jhulelal 🙏🏻

This day is celebrated as Sindhi New Year and it marks the birth of our beloved deity Lord Jhulelal Sai (also known as Uderolal), who is considered the savior and protector of Sindhis.

Lord Jhulelal Sai is the incarnation of Lord Varuna or the God of water. On this day, people of the Sindhi community offer their prayers to Lord Varuna by praying and carrying Behrana Sahib on the banks of the river and seeking happiness and prosperity in their lives.

The followers of Lord Jhulelal Sai celebrate the day by getting together and making feasts like Tayri (sweet jaggery rice) and boil chola, and expressing thankfulness and gratitude to Lord Jhulelal.

It is the day of faith, survival, and divine protection. A reminder that faith always triumphs over oppression.
