These might be the best thing I bake actually. They’re definitely a favourite in my house, and I found a huge tub of blueberries on sale so I had to make some. We’ll probably throw on an HP movie, my husband has only been forced to sit through them 100 + times, so I’d imagine he’s excited. Maybe we’ll dig into some treacle tart, it’s Harry’s favourite after all.

I love plums, and this might be the perfect summer dessert👌 A traditional short crust tart shell, filled with frangipane, and topped with thinly sliced plums and a maple glaze!
For those not familiar with frangipane; it’s a sweet almond flavoured custard that can be used in so many different ways. When cooked inside a tart, it’s like having a layer of almond cake!

We were in the UK for my sons birthday, so I didn’t have the chance to make him a birthday cake- I decided to make up for that with the most chocolatey chocolate cake ever
This three tier cake is filled with cream cheese frosting, and the outside is frosted with chocolate buttercream! Topped with a chocolate ganache drip, and a mix of miscellaneous chocolate snacks
