Fresh whole chickens back from the butcher today. We pasture raised these chickens ourselves.

$5.50/lb
weights are 3-4lbs range.

Our butcher date for this years 1/4 cow sales is Nov 9th. Beef will be ready for pickup at the farm approx Nov 24-27th.

We have now opened our list for this year’s order.

Return customers will receive spots first.

A non refundable deposit of $200 will be required this year to put your name on the list due to no shows last year leaving us scrambled for freezer storage.

SOLD

Quarter cow available for immediate sale, picking up from butcher this afternoon.

Please note we do not usually do 1/4 cow sales this time of year. Nov 9th is our yearly butcher date for wholesale orders this year. We happened to send one cow for 1/4’s and have one extra quarter available.

The quarter was 252lbs on the rail. The quarter is priced at $1,953.

The best cuts are in steaks and then of course there are roasts, ground beef, stewing beef, soup bones, organ meat etc.

It will be first come, first serve as I need the freezer room.
