Quail eggs are incredibly nutrient-dense superfoods. Though tiny, they provide high-quality protein, essential vitamins (like B12, riboflavin, and Vitamin A), and healthy fats. They are primarily good for boosting your energy, supporting healthy red blood cells, and reducing inflammation.
We hard boil a dozen every Sunday and eat them throughout the week. Great for kids lunches, to toss on a salad and so much more!
Can be used the same way a chicken egg is used and tastes similar.
