Farming in Southwestern Ontario since 1855, our love of farming has been in the family for many generations. We have had a long standing tradition of growing Premium GMO-Free Sweet Corn in Scotland, Ontario. In the 1980’s we also began growing Asparagus, and in more recent years, Certified Organic Asparagus and Jamaican Pumpkins.

BITTERSWEET! The Welsh Team is heading out to begin harvesting our final field of the 2026 season. Seems like we were just announcing that sweet corn season had begun...and now we're saying it's almost over! Get it while we've got it - because once this field is done so too is our '26 season. Thank you, thank you, thank you for supporting Welsh Bros! A few more days and...we'll be saying "we'll see you next year"!

Turns out that the guy from the Killin' Time Band that entertained us at CornStalk this past weekend is not only a musician and a creative designer and a businessman... he's also a chef! Is there no end to Brad Hails talents?! Welsh Bros sweet corn teamed with Brad's own garden jalapeños to create this silky smooth, kicked up sweet corn soup. Thanks for sharing Brad Hails ! Answering all of the direct messages we've received here... We still have lots of just-picked, tastes like summer, sweet corn and we anticipate a few more weeks of steady supply. (As long as Mom Nature agrees that is!) So... get your sweet corn feeds in while you can - and prepare for the winter by freezing enough to take you through to next summer!
