We've been brewing up a storm lately! In the past month we've brewed a SMASH beer (Single Malt And Single Hop) called 'Good as Gold'. Using only 'Golden Promise' Malt and 'Calypso' Hop. It's very fresh and fruity. Next we did a 'Mad Tom' clone which I have (easily) named 'Angry Chris'. 😠 Chris tried it for the first time yesterday and he's loving it. Last weekend we brewed a 'Rachel-inspired' beer with lemongrass, hibiscus and orange peel. We aren't sure about the name, but I'm leaning towards 'Hoppy Hibiscus Hefe'?. Lastly, we brewed a Maibock yesterday. Looking for a beer that reminds us of spring we felt a bock would be the perfect choice 👌 Hoppy brewing! 🍻 Chris Wagner Rachel Anne
