Happy Monday!!! Here’s a meal idea for Monday!

🥩 Easy Pepper Steak Bowls

You’ll need:

* Striploin steak, sliced thin
* 1–2 peppers, sliced
* 1 onion, sliced
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp honey
* 1 tsp garlic
* Cooked rice

Directions:
Quickly sear the steak in a hot pan. Remove and sauté the peppers and onion. Add the steak back in, pour over the soy sauce, honey and garlic mixture, and cook for another 2–3 minutes.

🍚 Serve over rice and dinner is done!
