Abundance: Nourishing Ice-pops Gourmet ice-pops handmade on the South Shore of Nova Scotia. Raw, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, rich in nutrients and probiotics. The result?

At Abundance, we make really delicious (and highly nutritious!) ice-pops. Our pops are handmade using only the finest ingredients. We focus on local, organic fruits and vegetables and combine them with small-batch water kefir (made here onsite daily). A nutrient-dense, probiotic frozen treat that is vegan, gluten free and absurdly yummy! We are based in Bridgewater, NS. Stay tuned for our 2017 South Shore Summer Schedule.

It's almost the weekend! We've got lots of these Mini Orange Dreamsicles made with fresh squeezed orange juice & coconut milk. 🙌🏻 You can find us tonight at Fresh Air Films (7:30 - 9:30pm) in Bridgewater, tomorrow morning at the Bridgewater Farmers' Market (9am-1pm) & in West Dublin (9am-noon). Tomorrow afternoon we'll be hanging out at Art Happening in Bridgewater (2-4pm)! Get out & enjoy the sunshine! ☀️

The Tall Ships are coming tomorrow!! ⛵️ Eek! We popped out to Blue Rocks this afternoon to see if we could see them coming (and to grab some sweet treats from The Point General). We will be selling ice-pops on the waterfront in Lunenburg for all of the Tall Ships festivities (August 10-12). We will also be at Lunenburg Folk Harbour Festival every evening. What a crazy awesome weekend it's going to be!

Can you take your child to the Big Ex in Bridgewater this week AND get them to eat spinach at the same time?! Hmmm! 🤔 You bet you can! Kids are going crazy for our Green Monster ice-pops. It's got honeydew, pineapple, avocado, spinach, chia seeds, lime & water kefir! My heart soared today as I watched a sweet toddler gobble up her ice-pop and her mama commented that it was "the healthiest thing she's eaten this week." YES!
