We had some unexpected guests show up during morning chores

Ended the day with a final cow check and finding a baby calf.

We welcomed another sweet little baby bull today! 💙 The perfect ending to our day

See you Saturday between 7:30am-Noon!

Kilted Farm is more than just meat sales and cuddle days. We are very much involved in 4H clubs. We have provided our sheep to 4H members as well for showing.

Kilted Farm hosted the 4H Explorer group on Sunday June 14th!

We had them last year on the home farm. This year we decided to change it up and brought them to the cattle farm!

They learned how to trim goat and sheep feet. Kids got to experience shearing sheep.

Thankfully mother nature stopped being temperamental enough that they got to see our beef operation with rotational pastures! The cows made sure they came up for there shining moment ! 💙

To end the day they got to feed some bottle calfs and pet some goats 🐐

The kids were amazing and we look forward to seeing them for judging night tonight with our sheep 🐑

When you keep finding eggs in strange places and wonder how 🤔 Than you catch the culprit 💗

We do have 2 nice chicken coops with nesting boxes! Apparently this storage shelf is comfy lol

Thank you to everyone who supported us today at the Petrolia Farmers' Market!

We have a 1/4 beef available this month left. Goes to butcher next week. Hangs for 2 weeks before processing. Price includes cut , wrap and delivery! You chose the cuts.

Check out the amazing things the other vendor Cheryl's Garde n Creations makes. She has made these delicious gluten free cookies. Cinnamon spread that taste like the childhood spread we had. Love supporting our local vendors.
