Pro tip!! If you need so@e help convincing kids to eat or try something new or healthy, put sprinkles on it. Not the rainbow sugar kind from the store but Epicure’s Tutti Fruity! It’s made from plants and has a delightful bright rainbow colour. Use an apple slicer to make an “apple flower” and bam, preschooler eats fruit haha

I absolutely LOVE the recipes created by . I’ve followed her recipes for almost a decade now! Tonight’s Thai curry came together in a hurry with stuff that I had in my pantry and fridge. Dump it all in the pressure cooker and dinner was ready in less than 20 min! My spices from the cupboard were a staple in putting this together. It was a hit with all three diners tonight! We will definitely make this again!

Just getting some orders sorted and ready for pickup! has reduced their environmental impact by ending the use of plastic shopping bags in our delivery boxes. During COVID lockdowns I’ve tried to minimize the amount of stores I enter and the frequency of shopping excursions. All I could access during one of the lockdowns was these paper bags. I personally loved that they were simple and could be recycled. Not only that but I’ve now found a way to dress them up a bit with this lovely Thank You stamp from . If you’re awaiting an order look for these cute eco-friendly bags I’ve used when you pick up at my place!
