We held off as long as we could but with the situation being what it is we have to increase our processing prices. Increases will take affect September 1st. for the 2026 hunting season.

Product and Price list

Pepperettes- hot, medium or mild or honey garlic - $7.00 per lbs.

Smoked Sausage- Plain, Garlic, Honey Garlic,
Jalapeno Cheddar, Italian(hot or mild)
-$6.50 per lbs.

Mennonite style summer sausage
- $6.50

Frying Sausage- Plain, Garlic, Honey Garlic,
Italian(mild or hot) - $5.50 per lbs.

Prices are based on total weight before processing.
If you bring 10 lbs wild game we add 10 lbs pork.
You will be billed on 20 lbs.

Glad everyone is having a successful year this year with their hunt, however some are forgetting that they can't just come by and pick up or drop off their orders without calling. Please call first ( and not when you get here and then call) before leaving your place to set up a time when you can pick up or drop off your wild game orders. Much appreciated

Bear season is upon us and goes to June 15, 2025. Please remember 👉
The shooting of cubs or female bears accompanied with a cub is not permitted during the spring season. Good luck to all the hunters out there this season!

Things are a bit slower now so there will be more time between processing. Our next run will be on the February 15th so we will need your wild game by the 13th. Give us a call to make arrangements for drop off. 613-923-2264

Another deer season has come to an end. Not everyone one was successful but I hope everyone had fun. Remember we process all year so don't let that game meat in the freezer get too old. Bring it in and we will make it into something special for you.
