Okay so cheesecake has been canceled. But the tarts are still being made on Saturday. I dont make cheesecake unless requested (unless we get a craving in the house lol) minimum of 3 or 4 for me to do a batch.

The tarts will be sold in singles or boxes of 6 ($7.50 ea or 6/$39) they are 4 inch and will be keylime as thats what's been ordered.

Does anyone happen to have a frother they do not use/need? Dollarama is out and I need it for my creami mixing. Tried the emulsion blender but found it wasnt the greatest. Will trade for treats 😋😋😋

Tomorrow there is still some cookies available. These are the ginormous ones. 4 twix, 2 reece fudge brownie, 2 monster.

Im also making pepperoni pizza rolls. These will be large hearty rolls full of homemadesauce, pepperoni, mozzarella, marble and parmesan cheese blend. 4/$20 (probably 6 or 7 boxes available)

"chocolate" these days. 60 + bucks worth of chocolate in the trash because it wouldn't melt right. Grainy grease pool. No matter which method of melting, no matter if open heavy cream or brand new, 2 different bags. All sh*te 😭😭😭 i have bought the same thing for 5 yrd from heritage. I dunno wtf is going on here though. Just because there's a cocoa shortage (or was anyways) all these big box companies make a sub par product and jack the prices through the roof. Theres no way this is the same chocolate I have used for 5 yrs. Do better 🤬 not a dig at heritage AT ALL. Not their fault. They dont make it.

So its a my loss is your gain type of day for some 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I eyeballed my doughs to try to remain on shedule. In my head im like ya thats 4.5-5oz...sighs...it was infact NOT 4.5-5oz. These cookies (for those whom already ordered/paid) are 7 - 7.75 oz pre topping for the price of 4.5-5 oz.

I will have extra of each but they will not be at the price that others paid as they pre ordered and pre paid.

7 - 7.75 oz (before toppings) ginormous monster, twix, and reece fudge brownie $9ea

A bit delayed on getting cookie doughs made. My injections this morning left me with a slight headache so just had to take a brief rest. They are made but need to chill an hr or so before baking.

I will post availability once everything is portioned out and I have my count over pre orders.

Same with turnovers. Right now there are 2 boxes available (1 is pending sold) .

I have a request for cheesecakes this weekend. They are for 4in baked. $15ea i will make 12 extra over orders.

I will be baking tomorrow...i have an early 8am appointment, then home to have a little work out then get cracking. Its a light day tomorrow. Assorted Cookie boxes 3pc or 6pc (monster, reece fudge brownie, and twix) making 10-12 of each flavor.
