Hi Everyone! I’m offering a duo to end the year, pick up on Dec 28th by appt only in dix30 area.
🥓 Maple Cured Pork Belly(Bacon) 🥓
The pork belly slabs are cured in maple syrup then smoked for a long time. To prepare just slice and fry lightly in a pan.
Each portion is approx 2lb before it is cooked
Pricing $30 per portion or $55 for 2 portions.
And..
🦆 Maple cured Magret de Canard 🦆
Each duck breast (Lac Brome of course!) will be cured in maple syrup, then smoked on maple wood. They will be cooked to medium and chilled overnight. To reheat simply pan fry quickly to crisp up the skin.
Pricing is $25 per portion (2 breasts)
