We can confirm — this place looks absolutely AMAZING! So much fun for the whole family, and we were thrilled to be there tonight. Even better, we’re so happy that everyone enjoyed the Pit & Platter food! 😋🔥

But don’t worry — we’re coming back tomorrow! Come out and enjoy the full Pit & Platter menu, including our smoked pulled pork, loaded baked beans, fresh-cut fries, smash burgers, sausages, and all the other good stuff we’ve got cooking! 🍔🐷🔥

We’ve got a NEW TOY! 😎🔥

A huge thank you to Jared at Liesemer Home Hardware in Mildmay for helping us out, putting it together for us, and having it ready to rock and roll! 👊

We’re pretty excited about this one and can’t wait to put it to work! This is going to be a big help for our larger cooks and bigger catering jobs, giving us even more ability to serve up some serious amounts of good food! 🍖🍗🔥

We’re always looking for ways to grow Pit & Platter and make those bigger events run smoother — and this is definitely a step in the right direction!

Pit & Platter’s got a new buggy… but she’s playing a little game of hide-and-seek behind the Jetta. 😂

She’s tucked away in the Pit & Platter Garage Mahal — also known as the place where vehicles, equipment, and questionable amounts of BBQ stuff go to live. 🤣🔥

We’ll give you a better look at the new addition soon… but for now, she’s keeping a low profile. 👀

🔥 BIG NEWS FROM THE PIT & PLATTER KITCHEN! 🔥

Well folks… our old pots and pans have officially been put out to pasture. 😂🍳

We’ve upgraded our kitchenware to some shiny new stainless steel, because apparently you can’t keep cooking for the masses with pots that have more battle scars than we do! 🤣

This upgrade means better cooking, better efficiency, and a smoother-running kitchen — which means we can spend less time fighting with the equipment and more time doing what we love… feeding you! ❤️

New pots. New pans. Same crazy people behind them. 😂

We’re always looking for ways to improve what we do, and this is just another step toward making Pit & Platter bigger, better, and even more efficient.

And most importantly, THANK YOU to everyone who continues to support us and help us grow! ❤️🙌 Every order, event, share, recommendation, and kind word means more to us than you know.
