In more ways than one, we feel like we hit the jackpot.

As nature lovers and conservationists, we wanted to farm fish in a way that respects both the water and the land. By rehabilitating underused sites into aquatic ecosystems where biodiversity can return, we’re able to raise our fish with care while giving these landscapes new purpose.
