Due to the fire that occurred early Thursday morning, September 17, 2026, at our neighbouring business, IDA Pharmacy, Samir Halal Foods will remain temporarily closed while the necessary insurance assessments and safety inspections are completed.

The safety of our customers, staff, and community remains our priority. We are working closely with the appropriate parties and will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so.
