Hutchinson Farm is a family owned and operated farm, in Burlington, Ontario, nestled along the Niagara Escarpment, just a short scenic drive north of the city. We grow everything that we sell, and our philosophy is a simple one: flavour comes first! Each year we plant the best tasting varieties in our fields, and pick them at their flavour peak. From our fields and greenhouses, to your table and garden, please join us for a season of delicious produce and beautiful flowers.

It sure looks like fall on our farm!
Our sugar maples have dropped about 1/4 of their leaves, making this Autumn Frost squash look so pretty. Autumn Frost is a new butternut type squash… same great taste as butternut, but dryer. Yum.
Looks like we have a gorgeous weekend, and a bumper crop of pumpkins for you to choose from!

This is a great carving pumpkin, but is it good to eat? I don’t know! Potentially it is yummy, but it’s just too big to consider eating when we have so many delicious smaller pumpkins and squash.
We have a bumper crop this season, so there are oodles for you to choose from in our fields on your pumpkin expeditions!

Squash time!
We have over a dozen types of squash thus season. Heart of Gold (on the left) is a green and cream coloured pepper squash -it’s much better tasting than the standard green. Next to it is Delicata (aka sweet potato squash), Table Gold, Spaghetti, Sunshine )the best imho), Buttercup, Celebration, Butternut, and lots more on the other side of our squash wagon!
