We filled a couple Akavit barrels with a farmhouse ale. With any luck, the herbaceous flavours of the beer will dovetail nicely wit the intense floral and spice of the barrels. It's going to be a while aging, though - well into 2027. Patience and modicum of restraint would go miles, here.
