12th Anniversary Beers are here! A little like Christmas in May, we’ve got a slate of fresh, funky, and-or fruity beers to fill glasses and fridges and commemorate twelve years of Dageraad!
12th Anniversary Bière de Coupage · A little patience goes a long way, and sometimes that means stowing good beer in barrels for a few years in order to make something spectacular. This blend hits classic Dageraad notes with a bit of mixed-culture funk and a wave of orchard fruit. It’s balanced, tart, and refreshing.
Randonneur · Rando, as it’s affectionately known, was one of the first small batches we produced. It’s an ode to our beloved beer style: saisons - dry, sparkling, with delicate pepper and herb notes.
Entropy No. 17 - Balaton Sour & Entropy No. 29 - Nectarine Sour · No summer beer list is complete without a couple of tart fruit beers and Mitch and the gang brought back two favourites - Balaton Sour and Nectarine Sour. BC fruit sings in both of these beers. Balaton Sour’s rich cherry harmonizes with a note of warm spice, while Nectarine Sour’s tart edge hones the juicy stone fruit flavours of the Fraser Valley fruit.
Field Theory · Field Theory has only been around for a few years, but it’s captured a big place in our hearts. It’s as dry as saison as we can make, with peppery phenols and fruity esters that evoke a perfect sunny day in our beautiful province.
Sprucio · This is a collab between Prince Rupert’s Wheelhouse Brewing and Terrace’s (and our) Mitchy. A heavy bushel of spruce tips gives this mixed-culture saison a surprising citrus fruit note in addition to a subtle piney resin.
Tous les Jours · Friend of brewers everywhere, and a low-alc saviour of collab days,
TLJ delivers brett funk and fruit in a spritely and thirst-quenching little crusher. At a cool 3.2%, we love bringing it out when we host other breweries not just because it keeps the collab on rails, but because it’s just so damn tasty.
