Les Dames d’Escoffier, BC Chapter grants scholarships annually to women of any age and at any stage of their culinary, beverage or hospitality career.

To date, Les Dames d’Escoffier, BC Chapter has granted over $350,000 in funds to support scholars since our inception in
1992. Help fund scholarships for women and enjoy a delicious chicken meal on December 15th.

This fundraiser is made possible by Downlow Chicken Shack, Legends Haul, Chewie’s Chicken & Biscuits, Goldilocks Bakery, Edna’s Non-Alcoholic Cocktails, Snowcap Enterprises, and some very hardworking, hospitality loving people.

Open to all women and those identifying as women who meet the following criteria:

2. Have at least 5 years of professional experience during which they have demonstrated leadership, achievement and stature in the hospitality, food, and beverage industries.

3. Support Les Dames d’Escoffier International‘s mission, vision and basic values of education, advocacy and philanthropy

4. Willingness to contribute time and talent as a member

5. Meet the ethical standards and have no undisclosed conflict of interest associated with their membership

6. Live or work in BC

7. Receive a letter of recommendation from a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier International
