Congratulations, Taya!

Congratulations on the purchase of Flying Dirt Nevada 63N!
Nevada is heading to her new home as a bred ewe, and I can’t wait to see how she lambs out for you and what she brings to your program!

Taya is also the proud owner of Flying Dirt Ellie, and we’re so happy to see another Flying Dirt Acres girl becoming part of her flock!

Thank you for choosing Flying Dirt Acres and believing in our breeding program. We can’t wait to follow along and see what the future holds for Nevada!

Do you all remember Piggy?

Well… her new name is Jasmine.

Man, there really is no better feeling in the world than seeing sheep you bred go on to their new homes and absolutely THRIVE especially when you get to watch them succeed in the show ring.

We are so damn proud of this ewe and her owner, and it makes our hearts so happy seeing Jasmine doing so well. This is exactly what makes all the hard work worth it.

As breeders, it’s the early mornings, the late nights, the long lambing seasons, the countless hours, and all the blood, sweat and tears that go into raising these sheep. And then you get to watch something you poured your heart into go on to make another family proud. There really isn’t a better feeling.

A huge thank you for trusting our program and giving Jasmine such an amazing home. We appreciate it more than you know!

We can’t wait to see what this pair does next. We’ll be cheering you both on every step of the way!

And now, a HUGE thank you to everyone who made BC Ag Expo 2026 such an incredible event!

To the volunteers, committee members, parents, 4-H leaders, exhibitors, judges, sponsors, supporters, and everyone working behind the scenes thank you! It takes an incredible amount of time, dedication, and teamwork to put an event like this together, and we appreciate every single one of you.

Thank you for the early mornings, late nights, hauling, organizing, cleaning, teaching, encouraging, cheering, and everything in between. Most importantly, thank you for creating a place where our youth can learn, grow, compete, make memories, and be proud of what they accomplish.

And to all the exhibitors congratulations on an amazing show! Whether you went home with a championship or simply learned something new and gave it your all, you should be proud of yourselves and the work you put in.

A special thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged, helped, and cheered Fallon on along the way. It truly takes a village, and we are so grateful for ours.

That’s a wrap on BC Ag Expo 2026!

And here is the 2027 4H steer

Creed is a Shorthorn Plus clubby coming to us all the way from Alberta, and we are so excited to see what this guy has in store for Fallon!

He’s settling into his show calf life , getting to know his kid, and Fallon has already started halter breaking him.

Now the countdown is on as they get ready for their first fall show together in October!
