Grelo Farms, a respected classical riding school in Inglewood, is searching for a reliable and experienced Weekend Barn Lead to anchor our Saturday and Sunday operations. This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role at a beautiful, drama-free facility that prioritizes exceptional care, lifelong learning, and horsemanship rooted in tradition.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage morning feed, turnout, stall mucking, and general stall care
• Refresh hay and water throughout the day
• Keep our barn immaculate — sweeping aisles, tidying tack rooms, and upholding high standards
• Oversee evening feed, turn-in rotations, and conduct a final end-of-day check
Hours & Flow:
You’ll be on-site for morning, midday, and evening check-ins, with rest breaks in between. Total work time is 6–8 hours per day, depending on the season and horse needs.
Who You Are:
• Experienced with horses of all ages, including young stock
• Confident, independent, and detail-obsessed — no step is too small when it comes to good care
• Reliable and committed — our horses and team depend on you!
• Positive and grounded — you bring calm energy, common sense, and a horse-first mindset
