B̥ͦE̥ͦḀͦC̥ͦH̥ͦ C̥ͦḀͦK̥ͦE̥ͦ 🏖️دقّوا الشماسي Ocean breeze and summer sweets!!
🐚🌊 This beach-themed cake is keeping the summer momentum going strong.☀️✨

Two soft MARBLED CAKE layers filled with VANILLA-BEAN WHIPPED GANACHE and Callebaut CHOCOLATE MOUSSE, then topped with airy chantilly cream.

‏On top, the “M” turns into a little seaside escape: two bright blue water channels textured like gentle waves, dotted with shells handcrafted with white chocolate. The center is a sandy beach made from crushed cookies, complete with palm trees, starfish and a red-and-white umbrella inviting you to sit down and relax.

‏And have you noticed these two blue spots? Mini blue-jello lagoons peeking out from the sand! 🌊

‏A whole summer getaway… in cake form. 🏖️

« لما الصيف وصل... القلب دق والبحَر أهو اتصل! » 🎶 🏖️🌊

كيكة الحروف بتصميم البحر جايبة أجواء البحر والروقان مظبوط. ألوان المياه الشفافة ورملة الشاطئ الناعمة وكل شمس الصيف متجمعة في تورتة واحدة! ☀️✨

‎اتعملت من طبقتين كيك ماربل طرية، ومحشية جاناش مخفوقة بالفانيلا بين مع موس شوكولاتة، ومتغطّية بـ كريم شانتيلي خفيفة.

وفوق بقى، سطح الكيكة اتحوّل لشط صغير: ميّة زرقاء بموج هادي، وأصداف شوكولاتة بيضا مصنوعة يدوي،.
وفي النص، شط رملي من بسكويت مطحون، مع نخل، نجوم بحر، وشمسية حمرا وبيضه عاملة جوّ صيفي لطيف.

و مين خد باله من الميه الهادية اللي جنب الرملة؟ خيالي رجعني لشاطيء جميل في الجونة مدخله كان لونه ازرق و خالي من الموج كانه حمام سباحة…و طبعا ما كانش فيه احسن من الجيلي الازرق علشان

‏🏖️ 🌊 This BEACH THEMED ALPHABET CAKE was pure sunshine in the middle of our 1sr snowy day ❄️

الكيكة دي كانت فعلاً نقطة نور و دفا في اول يوم ثلج في السنة ❄️ .
اتعملت من طبقتين كيك ماربل طرية، ومحشية جاناش مخفوقة بالفانيلا بين مع موس شوكولاتة، ومتغطّية بـ كريم شانتيلي خفيفة.

وفوق بقى، سطح الكيكة اتحوّل لشط صغير: ميّة زرقاء بموج هادي، وأصداف شوكولاتة بيضا مصنوعة يدوي،.

🩵💙𝙱𝙻𝚄𝙴 𝚂𝚈𝙼𝙿𝙷𝙾𝙽𝚈 💙🩵…A canvas of blues and whites, where waves of cream meet bursts of figs, grapes, and berries 🌊✨
This cake feels like a little ocean dream—fresh, serene, and full of life. A sweet reminder that beauty is in the details, and joy is in the sharing 💙🤍
As for the filling, we have three layers of Molly cake, brushed with strawberry sauce and filled with cassis-berry chantilly, fresh strawberries and blueberries, and strawberry confit. How does it sound ? 💙🩵🫐
‎لما الكيكة تكون مبرر لإطلاق العنان للخيال و فرصة للفنان الصغير اللي عايش جوانا يظهر و يلمع ✨🌟…خصوصا لما صاحبة العيد ميلاد تطلب ان الثيم يكون ازرق 💙 فطبعا كان لازم اختار للزينة فواكه طبيعية ما بين الأزرق و الأسود فطلع الشكل النهائي سيمفونية من الالوان المتناغمة 💙🩵 💙🩵
‎٣ طبقات من كيك مولّي الطري، متسقية بصوص الفراولة ومحشية بكريمة تشانتيلي بالكاسيس والتوت، وفراولة فريش مع كمبوت الفراولة.

‎للتغطية ،اخترت بساطة و خفّة التشانتيلي على فخامة (و دسامة) السويس باتركريم… علشان الطعم يفضل هو البطل. 🌸🍓
