Happy Valentine’s day YYC! It was an awesome day, but was a bit bittersweet.

We got an order placed over the phone that wasn’t picked up.

Phone orders are built around trust and for small business like us, these kinds of pranks hurt.

But oh well, lesson learned. We just hope that we be kinder to each other.

We only put out menu additions that we know we do well enough we can be proud of it.

This one was a long time coming simply because we had to translate a dish we'd cook for hours at home to a fast casual version while retaining all the things we love about the dish.

This is our Kare Kare, one of the most beloved and festive dishes of the Philippines.
