The judges have spoken and Casoni Nocino di Modena received 91 Points and the honour of being named Judges' Selection. Green Walnut Liqueur for the win!

Casoni, founded in 1814, is one of Italy's oldest distilleries and liqueur factories, and has handed down its know-how from generation to generation, maintaining an innate passion for the production of liqueurs and spirits blended with a love for their region. Actually, Casoni has always been in Finale Emilia, Modena, the town that has witnessed this business grow in over 200 years of its history.

🍷 NEW VINTAGE ALERT 🍷

The Château Tour Bayard vineyard on AOC Montagne Saint-Émilion was established in 1956 by Angelo Nicoletti. Since 2008, Julien Richard, the 3rd generation of the family, has implemented meticulous and environmentally friendly practices on the properties. The estate is located in the Montagne Saint Émilion region, directly adjacent to the famous Saint Émilion appellation. This area is characterized by beautiful hillsides which offer great sun exposure, composed of clay and limestone soil. It’s one of the most beautiful places in the appellation, with proven assets that can be compared to the best soils of the Saint-Émilion area.

The wines from Tour Bayard are wines with strong character that express both great elegance and the power of the terroir of this estate. Julien seeks to highlight the ripe fruit and freshness through dense and complex wines balanced around a silky fine tannic structure and beautiful acidity. The marriage between Cabernet Franc and Merlot reveals charming spicy notes and a lot of roundness.

When Justin married Elodie Milhade, he brought the Tour Bayard estate into the Xavier Milhade Vignobles family of estates.

ScoBevCo is excited to announce the up-coming arrival of the Famille Milhade Crémant de Bourgogne!

This Crémant stands out for its elegance and finesse. It offers aromas of green apple, lemon and lime, complemented by floral notes and a subtle hint of brioche from aging on lees. The palate shows lovely finesse, is fresh and crisp with a harmonious balance between roundness and mouthwatering acidity.

85% Semillon, 10.5% Merlot, 4.5% Cabernet Franc. Produced using the Traditional Method and aged on lees for 15 months.
