🥂 Château Recougne Bordeaux Blanc has a new look and a new blend. Same great quality that the Milhade family has been known for over many decades. Now with 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Sauvignon Gris. Sauvignon Gris vines are low-yielding, which means each grape has more concentrated flavour. They are also known for creating wines with intense aromatics. Élodie and Marc chose to replace all the more classic Sémillon with Sauvignon Gris to bring more of that Gris-ness and wow, did it work out well! Now bottled in UV-resistant green glass bottles to protect flavour, aroma, and colour.

When the Melon de Bourgogne grape migrated to the Loire Valley in the 17th century, it was renamed Muscadet and planted around the town of Nantes. The highest quality wines within the Muscadet regional appellation come from the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine AOC - named after two local rivers, the Sèvre Nantaise and the Maine, and often aged sur lie.

🐟🦞🦀🍤 Grown near the Atlantic coast, Muscadet pairs well with most seafood and is considered the quintessential oyster pairing:
