Dry, bubbly Cider made in Canada with Okanagan apples and champagne yeast.

Let us introduce you to the perfect summer cocktail: Peachy Lime Splash.

Here's how to make it:
+ 2 Cans Rock Creek Peach Cider
+ 4 oz Spiced Rum
+ Squeeze of Lime juice
+ Garnish with Peach slices and herbs of your choice

Just mix together the first three ingredients, add the garnish and enjoy!

Today's cocktail recipe inspo: Blackberry Rosé Cooler

Add ice and mix together the following ingredients:
3/4 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce lemon juice,
1/2 ounce simple syrup
3 ounces Rock Creek Rosé Cider

Then garnish with blackberries. Enjoy!

Fresh, zippy, and perfect for a spring picnic, here's how to make a Pear & Ginger Cocktail featuring our Pear Cider:
1/2 can of Pear Cider
2 tbs of ginger syrup
Splash of fresh lime juice
Lime and ginger slices for garnish

Make the ginger syrup (simmer equal parts water and sugar with some sliced ginger for 15 min, then strain and cool).

Combine all ingredients and stir. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Why not celebrate your mom today with a special cocktail? Here's how to make a Strawberry Rhubarb Gin Fizz, featuring our Rosé Cider:

1 1/2 cups simple syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup cane sugar, 2 cups chopped rhubarb, 1 cup chopped strawberries--bring to a low boil until sugar dissolves and fruit has softened, strain through mesh strainer).

1 1/2 cups gin
1 lemon, juiced
1 can of Rock Creek Rosé Cider
Strawberries for garnish

After making the simple syrup, add all ingredients together and stir until combined. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
