Ami Tea Heritage is hiring!

OBJECTIVES
• To understand the basic premise of boba tea and Vietnamese food preparation, including familiarity with their categories, formulas and handling of these items offered at Amitea.
• To facilitate high-quality customer service, including being engaged in productive conversations with customers to recommend foods and drinks, assisting other employees during rush hour and providing help whenever needed around the station.
• To involve in keeping the station and restaurant clean and tidy at all time to maximize customer’s satisfaction ratings at Amitea .
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist other employees with regards to the daily station setup at Amitea, including the organization of various equipment, ingredients, and materials to standardize its functionality.
• Understand the teamwork dynamic within the company, ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with other employees to quickly fulfill customers’ orders.
• Attend monthly meetings with the manager and other part-time employees at Amitea to discuss current progress with regards to drinks/food preparation, and to determine whether the training process should accommodate further training if needed.
• Take in-restaurant product photos for publish on Amitea ’s social media pages.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Alberta Food Safety certification.
• High organizational and conscientiousness skills.
• Professional work ethic, capable of working independently, patient under pressure.
• High degree of English communications proficiency.
• Prior experience with the F&B industry and customer service is a preferred asset.
REQUIREMENTS
• Submission of a detailed resume, indicating clearly previous experiences and personal strengths suitable for the fulfillment of this role to the email.
• Flexible working hours within the week (Limited availability on weekends)
• Completion of a 30-minute interview with Ami Tea.
• Attend preliminary training and a compulsory practice test at the candidate’s personal time.
