Delicious supper!

Pea and sunflower salad bed, strawberries, Cucumber and feta.
Sous vide chicken. Love our sous vide! Keeps the chicken moist!

Since incorporating microgreens into my diet daily, my mental health has improved immensely! And I feel amazing!

*** IMPORTAN NOTICE ***

Do not put microgreens in the crisper drawers!!!

That's where all healthy food goes to die!!!

😉 it is best practice to keep them on the shelves right in plain view! To remind yourself to eat them.
They are in air tight containers to preserve optimal freshness. Also make sure to not get the greens caught in the closing area as this will damage them and break the seal.

》Nov 11th update: I'm sad to say I've had some set backs with some of the products.

With the utmost care to provide quality microgreens I've had to dispose of
Radish, Broccoli, kale, red cabbage, sandwich, spicy mix and arugula.

Unfortunately with the fluctuations of weather, my growing parameters fluctuated too much and caused issues. A lesson learned!
I'll be in contact with all who've ordered.

Order by messaging please. First come first serve basis. Pre orders accounted for already. Persons who've already arranged can add to orders if they like.

Microgreen Salad with Peaches & Avocado – Fresh, Light, and Healthy!

Sadly, photo taking was fogotten, as we were all too busy eating hahaha.

●side note - drizzle the dressing on each serving, not the entire salad.

Pea shoot Pesto!!!

2 cups of Bala-Nutri Greens Pea Shoots, packed

1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, packed

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup pine nuts (can substitute walnuts)

1/4 tsp salt

1-3 medium clove garlic, quartered ( as per desired tate) we love garlic!

1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Steps

In a food processor or blender add pea shoots, basil, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Pulse until well blended into a paste.

Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor or blender and blend until all ingredients are combined. Make sure to stop 1-2 times to scrape the sides and bottle of the machine to ensure all ingredients are being combined well.

Serve immediately and store in the fridge for up to two weeks!

Additional Notes

Ideas for serving: - Drizzle over the protein of your choice. Try with chicken breast or salmon filets. - Add to your favorite whole grain pasta. - Add to a turkey sandwich or panini with extra pea shoots. - Toss with your favorite roasted veggie. This is recommended with roasted eggplant!
