Hi everyone, people ask me what is best way to cook dumplings and spring rolls.
Actually its not easy to boil dumplings. I always suggest my customers use pan fried/deep fired/steam dumplings, deep fried spring rolls and boil wontons are the best way to make them tasty and good looking.

Total cooking time 10-15 mins.
~ Heat the non-stick frying pan with about 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Carefully place frozen dumplings into non-stick frying pan in with a bit of room, pan fried about 1 minute.
~ Add cold water to cover 1/2 the height of the dumplings. Cover and cook until the water is adsorbed.
~Lower the heat and continue cooking until the bottom of the dumplings become golden brown.
