So, what is ghee?

As someone who is white, I grew up with butter and olive oil.

I had no idea what ghee even was until I started OG Ghee with my BFF Vresh who explained to me what it was.

If you’re someone like me who has been exposed to ghee but has no idea what it actually is, this is the video for you!

Sorry babe but if your ghee’s chillin’ in a plastic tub…

We need to talk.

Ghee is fat, and fat + plastic? That’s a no-no for me. Warm it up and you’ve got a chemical cocktail no one asked for.

And don’t even get me started on AMF (anhydrous milk fat) pretending to be ghee. It’s giving shortcut. It’s giving mass-produced. It’s giving… not invited 🫰

Do you have a love hate relationship with garlic?
