BANH MI, SO YUMMY! Check out our friends at Hello Banh Mi on Centre Street in Calgary! We love how they deep fried DSI tofu into their banh mi’s!!

They also have a MUSHROOM “MEAT” banh mi that is vegan friendly!!

So, so yummy!

Today we’re cooking with our plant-based, lemongrass chicken! It’s pre-seasoned so it’s super easy if you’re in a hurry to make a meal.

1. From frozen, you can defrost it, then microwave, or put it on the stove straight from the freezer!
2. Toss in whatever veggies you’re craving.
3. Add a bit of salt and pepper to taste.
4. That’s it!!
