Burrata is back!
This decadent cheese tastes fantastic paired with any kind of summer produce! The outside of the burrata can be torn up and added to pasta, pizza, and salads. The creamy inside can be drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with light seasoning and served alongside tomatoes and basil to make a Caprese-style salad. Its soft texture pairs well with Sidewalk Citizen baguettes!
