Silver Sage Beef was launched in April 2011 as a full service beef shop. We have the complete range of beef cuts available, with a butcher on duty full time for custom orders. The beef in our shop comes from the 100-year Zentner family ranch located south of the Cypress Hills. Our cattle are raised naturally on wholesome prairie grass, we do not use artificial hormones or antibiotics and we dry age for flavor and tenderness.
