Inspired by our favourite Early Dawn Earl Grey Ale, we used the same Earl Grey tea from .trader to gently steep milk, drawing out bright bergamot and soft black tea notes. That infusion is blended with rich white chocolate for a smooth, cozy base, then finished with whipped cream, a white chocolate drizzle, and delicate rose petals from .

Our spirited version features crème de cacao, deepening the chocolate character.

Familiar yet unexpected, this drink is a warm pause in the journey - and proof that some of the best adventures happen off the beaten path.

That's it! Thank you everyone...it's been another great year. It has been a very busy last few weeks but it is always our favourite time as we get to see so many of you and the vibes are always good.

We are now closed from December 25th to January 1st.

Open again with regular hours:

10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, January 2nd.

Any orders placed during the break will be filled when we return on the 2nd and you will be notified when they’re ready to pick up, or if they have been shipped.

CLOSED Tuesday, November 4th - As construction enters its final stages and our new sidewalk is poured, we will have to close for a day with no access for customers to enter the shop.

We have been expecting this as a necessary part of the project and it means that the main street work is nearing its completion!

We will still be available to process online orders or answer the phone, so feel free to give us a call and we can try to accommodate you the best we can.

Otherwise we’ll be back with regular hours on Wednesday, November 5th and looking forward to the end of construction.

And note, currently through the weekend access to the shop from the parking lot will be from the south side only...

Shipping News

Re: Canada Post - For local orders in Calgary, as well as Red Deer and Edmonton, the delivery option will remain as normal.

For the rest of Alberta and Canada, excluding PO Boxes, we will be shipping by Purolator. There will be no difference in cost and you can continue to place orders as usual.

Re: US Shipping - Unfortunately services will remain suspended.

There are significant tariffs and brokerage costs requiring extensive documentation in place, and orders crossing the border are being severely delayed, rejected and lost.

Not the news we hoped to give but we will continue monitoring this and resume service as soon as possible.

Update on construction: Rain has caused significant delays but work has been moving at a good pace since July.

It now shifts to our side of the road which means starting Tuesday, September 23, 11 Street S.E. will become a One Way northbound between 21 Avenue and 20 Avenue S.E. Southbound vehicle traffic will be diverted to use 9 Street S.E. before returning to 11 Street S.E.

This closure will remain in place for approximately three weeks (weather dependent). The work will then continue north, across 20 Avenue and 19 Avenue S.E.

Update on US Shipping - We are working on resuming service but there are a lot of delays at the border with shipments being held up or even rejected as they deal with the new requirements. We are expecting more detailed procedures soon in order to help us avoid any issues once we start shipping again.
