You know, we’re pretty blessed in this city and province to have a lot of health-minded and motivated people to produce and/or source for us some pretty fantastic products.

All of these products come from amazing people right here in Calgary and Alberta, and many of them are among my favourites.

In fact, I’m pretty sure I have almost all of them at home.

In a time when big business is gobbling up all the little guys, including once trusted supplement and health food brands, it’s more important than ever to support these locally owned companies that remain committed to their original ideals.

We support the longevity of their brand and we support our local economy rather than taking more and more money out of Alberta and giving it to large corporations who really don’t have our best interests in mind.

We know that as prices rise, wallets get thinner, but every effort counts.

How we spend our money matters.

How we treat our bodies matters.

It starts with each and every one of us.

Tissue salts part 2.

So much to say, so little time.

08/05/2026

Shilajit is back in stock!

What a great source of fundamental minerals!

Also, I want to remind you of the tissue salts…homoeopathically prepared minerals that are essential to our good health.

When we die and get cremated, the tissue salts are what make up our ashes!

They can’t be destroyed and they contribute to a myriad of functions in our bodies.

One of the greatest deficiencies these days is minerals… shilajit and tissue salts are a fabulous way to restore function, improve structures and even help mood and lessen anxiety.

Are you getting your minerals in??

Gut problems?

I highly recommend you give Gutpro a try!

Good for motility, Crohn’s symptoms, leaky gut, diarrhea and a simple sore tummy.

There is no shortage of gut issues these days and It’s no wonder considering the level of insults the gut must endure in this modern world.

Throw in some tension and stress to boot to make it even less happy.

We have many happy customers using this product and it might be just the thing for you!

New product alert!

Mouth tape so you breathe through your nose when you are sleeping rather than your mouth.

Why?

* deeper, more regenerative sleep
* encourages a better jaw position
* less snoring
* increased oxygen uptake
* keeps mouth moist for better dental health
* better jaw and facial development

Of course, do not use if you can’t physically breathe through your nose!
