Started out of necessity for quality gluten free baked goods, we have always believed in real food and real ingredients, which is why our All Purpose Flour is free from fillers and preservatives. GF Patisserie licensed bakeries use only the best natural ingredients available to make breads, pastries and fillings from scratch — using no artificial flavours or preservatives. Products are fresh baked daily to allow those on a gluten free diet to enjoy a true bakery experience. We offer select licenses to produce our products across Canada and the USA. With our concept of fresh baked daily, we have not only been able to offer a better selection of gluten free baked goods--but the experience that comes with walking into a real bakery. We are offering this opportunity because we want to expand our concept of fresh--not manufactured--baking worldwide. Our interactions with our customers formed the foundation of customer loyalty.
