Good Hot Day world!! Its been awhile since I have posted, I know I said I would do it more, however I am living life. I am selling this food truck, it was a bum deal, its costing me more than its worth. Who wants to buy?? Message me.I would like to settle some things.
We have lots happening this month, we are featured in a couple of magazines again. Look for us in Savour Calgary and the Scene Magazine. We are also attending some big events for Indigenous month. We will be at the Ab Metis Fest on June 13 in Smokey Lake and we will be in Jasper on June 21 for their celebration. Looking forward to making our appearances.
This month is a hard one for me, we lost our mom 1 yr ago. On top of everything else happening, we are planning for a feast. Cant believe she is no longer with us. She would say to me....just keep moving forward and live your life.....Im doing my best!! I miss her so much.
Im hoping to make some different things happen for this business, there are lots of new bannock vendors out there, good on you, let's get that food out there. Power to our people. I hope everyone is successful. And last but not least I hope everyone has a fantabulous day. Proud to be Canadian Indigenous...

Good morning, its been awhile. Oh yea Happy New Year! ( a little late) so I've been feeling up n down since all that drama. Sometimes im good and sometimes im not. It really takes a toll on my mental health, how does someone recover from that? I mean I talk to counselor, I write about it, I pray, however I still feel like ??? I don't know. When we get a job, I get it done, although I still feel unaccomplished. Maybe I need to move from this city. I can't deal with all the memories. Im doing my best to stay positive and to work through the trauma. Business is slow, now that there are more bannock makers offering their food. Im proud that we started the trend 9 yrs ago. Its time to step up our game. I will keep you posted as soon as I can make it happen. Love to all our followers from Kokom. Here's something to keep you wanting the best! Lol, have a great day

Good day FB world, it's been a long while. After all the chaos I was going thru during the summer, there was a final wake up call. The month of October has taught me about personal health in all 4 directions. I ended up in the hospital with having a emergency procedure needing to be done. I am very fortunate to be alive today.(I give thanks every day) this has taught me a very valuable lesson. People take care of yourselves, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This is what I mean by 4 directions. I gave up nasty habits and I am careful of what I eat. I am doing my best to be true to myself. I wrote mom a letter asking for forgiveness because all she wanted was to go home. I also forgave my husband for all the hurt I endured during the relationship. (He may not have known how his behaviors affected me) I am in a much clearer space now. Im enjoying my peace and harmony.
So after all that, we are getting back into business. We have a few small jobs here n there. And we will be attending the YYC Wonderland Festival at th 7 Chiefs Sportplex out in Tsuu tina next weekend. Looking forward to it. Planning for 2026, what events we will be at. Lots of forms to be filled out. Hoping to receive continuous support from all of our followers and loyal customers. Thank you so much and have a fantastic day. Kokom loves you!
