The past year has been a transition year and exactly what I am transitioning too I'm still not sure. However, it includes kickstarting learning new skills. To that end, I attended a hide tanning workshop to try my hand at traditional hide tanning. Something I have always wanted to do.

I HAD A BLAST!! Thank you to .tannery for a fantastic three days of learning and meeting some wonderful people. Bison are my passion and it drives me to search out ways to utilize the animal more fully in a way that respects the fact it gave its life to feed me. Who knows what new things I will create but I am looking forward to the journey.

Wishing everyone a wonderful new year (It’s still January so I’m allowed even if a bit delayed😉) I hope you had a good holiday season.

The past few months have been pretty quiet since leaving the farmers market and not having a processing schedule. There are a few changes to how I am going to operate moving forward.

Firstly, meat sales will be done through farm gate. My aim is to send out an email on a monthly basis to let you know what I have. You can come to the farm and pick up or a scheduled meet up point on the south side of Edmonton. Unfortunately I can’t manage deliveries.

On that note, watch for an email coming out this week on what I will have available.

Secondly, I have made the personal decision to leave Facebook. I will stay on Instagram for the time being so you can follow me there. However, most of my communication will be through the website. You will find all my contact information there. If you want to be included on the emails head over there and reach out to me.
