Well… I’ve been keeping a pretty exciting secret. 👀🎶👨‍🍳

I’m thrilled to announce that starting October 19, I’ll be hitting the road with the incredible Loreena McKennitt, catering for a leg of her Canadian tour! 🇨🇦✨

Combining two things I love...great food and live music... while getting to feed an amazing touring team? I’d say that’s a pretty great way to spend a few weeks. 🙌🍽️

I’m incredibly excited for this adventure and can’t wait to take you along for a little bit of it too.

🍂🍊 The ChefD Autumn Twist 🍊🍂

Fall is calling, and ChefD is answering with a cocktail that's bright, smooth, and perfect for sipping as this weekend.

🍹 Ingredients:
-1.5 oz bourbon
-1 oz fresh orange juice
-0.5 oz maple syrup
-0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
-2 dashes orange bitters
-Ice
-Wafer paper fall leaves, for garnish

How to make it:
Add bourbon, orange juice, maple syrup, lemon juice, and orange bitters to a shaker with ice. Shake well, then strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange peel and enjoy. 🍊🥃 Smooth, citrusy, slightly sweet, and made for those crisp fall evenings.
