Our carvery stations feature chef-carved, local meats served with fresh buns, sauces, gravy, and the sides of your choosing such as a salad bar, potato martinis, or live pasta bar.

Choose from Roasted Chicken, Roasted Turkey, Pork Roast, Roast Beef, Beef Brisket, or Prime Rib. All are Gluten-Free and all of our poultry and beef is Halal.

Yesterday was one of our favourite events of the year - Empty Bowls 2026! 🥣

Each year hundreds of people gather at Laurier to support the The Food Bank of Waterloo Region in raising funds to feed our community members. When you buy a ticket, you get to select a unique bowl to keep, made by a local potter, and get to sample soups from the many vendors in attendance.

This year, the event was able to raise over $49,000 - enough to provide more than 98,664 meals for the nearly 73,000 adults and children in Waterloo region who rely on food assistance.
