We have the fabulous Justine Gomes (yes, from the world famous Woven & Whimsy) here next Saturday to please your ears while we please your tummies. A sensory delight for the ages if you will.

But all jokes aside, Justine is incredibly talented and just an all round amazing person. She hasn't sang in front of a crowd in quite a while so please come by and tell her how wonderful she is ❤️ she's one of my favourite people in the whole world and deserves all the love.

We have some exciting changes coming to the ol' sandwich shop starting with our new menu launching TOMORROW! 😍

The Turkey, Ham & Brie Ciabatta is by far my favourite sandwich we've ever made and the S'more Sandwich is absolutely ridiculous but delicious... and messy. So very messy.

All sandwiches will now be coming with a side of Kettle Chips or for an extra $5 you can substitute a soup or a salad :) Our current salad feature is an arugula and spinach mix with shaved carrots, cucumber, onions and crispy chickpeas with a herb vinaigrette dressing.

We will also be offering two soups daily, with at least one being vegetarian. Yes I do plan on posting a weekly soup schedule. No I am not that organized this week 😅

Please be patient with us while we learn the new menu, we promise it'll be worth the potential longer wait. ❤️

We will be closed today in recognition of National Truth and Reconciliation Day.

As an Indigenous owned business, it is especially important for us to take time to acknowledge the suffering, loss and lasting impacts experienced by Indigenous peoples throughout Canada’s history.

Today is a day to listen, learn, reflect and honour the children who never made it home. For the survivors, their families and the Indigenous communities who continue to carry the impacts of residential schools.

We recognize that reconciliation is not just about one day. It is an ongoing commitment to learning, listening, and building a future rooted in respect, understanding, and community.
